Responsibilities
- Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for patients on a specific unit
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Guide and supervise unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care
- Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal outcomes
- Contribute to safety and promote high-quality patient experiences
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in Illinois
- Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Prior nursing experience or CNA experience for new graduates preferred
