- Collaborate with nursing leadership and other disciplines to identify improvement opportunities.
- Guide and intervene in life-threatening situations.
- Evaluate intervention effectiveness and patient outcomes.
- Implement innovative processes to enhance patient care.
- Participate in clinical leadership activities such as coaching, mentoring, staffing, and performance evaluations.
