Registered Nurse - Float Pool - Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable RN, Registered Nurse Float I, to join our Nursing Float Pool in Nash, TX. In this full-time role, you will provide compassionate, high-quality patient care across various hospital departments, demonstrating flexibility and clinical expertise.

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in diverse clinical settings, including medical-surgical, emergency, and specialty units.
• Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient responses to treatments.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with hospital policies.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and work environments, demonstrating strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
