- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care based on age and cultural needs.
- Ensuring quality care by monitoring outcomes and adhering to standards set by regulatory bodies.
- Coordinating patient care, facilitating problem-solving with staff, and communicating with the care team and management.
- Performing interventions such as medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
- Documenting patient care and monitoring, recording, and communicating patient conditions.
- Assisting with activities of daily living and collaborating across disciplines for comprehensive care.
- Providing patient and family education tailored to individual needs and advocating for patient well-being.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in Iowa or a Compact State.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
