Responsibilities: Assess residents’ clinical nutritional needs, develop and document personalized care plans, provide nutrition education and counseling, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide coverage across multiple facilities as needed.
Qualifications: Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, hold a valid state license or certification, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and maintain a positive attitude. Multi-site RDs require a valid driver’s license. Provisional licensure may be accepted in some locations.
Skills & Duties: Develop and evaluate care plans based on clinical data, ensure regulatory compliance, communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff, and perform additional duties as assigned.
