Physical Therapist (PRN)

Role: PRN Physical Therapist responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including evaluation, treatment, and discharge planning, in accordance with clinic policies and safety standards.

• Collaborates with healthcare team and communicates with patients, families, and referral sources to optimize care outcomes.
• Utilizes clinical techniques and develops individualized plans of care, revising as needed based on patient progress.
• Assesses safety risks, ensures compliance, and maintains accurate documentation using AgileRPM.
• Participates in quality improvement, mentors staff, and may assume responsibilities of Clinic Director if necessary.
• Works independently with accountability for services delivered, supervising and delegating to assistants and techs.
  
  

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Current license, registration, or certification as required by state regulations.
  
  

Skills & Demands: Ability to evaluate patients, communicate effectively, and demonstrate clinical proficiency. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds regularly, and occasionally move over 100 pounds.
