Role: Provide skilled physical therapy services in patients' homes to improve mobility, function, and independence. Administer treatment plans, utilize physical modalities, and educate patients and families. Support specialty programs like Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, and joint replacement recovery. Work under physician orders and supervision of the Branch Director.
