Phlebotomist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Phlebotomist to join our team in Travelers Rest, SC. In this vital role, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients accurately and efficiently to support diagnostic testing and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws following proper procedures and safety protocols
• Identify patients correctly and verify all required documentation before sample collection
• Label specimens accurately and ensure proper storage and transportation
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control standards
• Provide compassionate and professional communication to patients, addressing any concerns
• Assist with inventory management and supply ordering as needed
• Follow all regulatory and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and patients
