Part-Time CT Technologist

Role: Travel CT Tech responsible for operating CT scanners to produce diagnostic images, preparing and positioning patients, adhering to safety protocols, and collaborating with radiologists to ensure high-quality imaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to capture cross-sectional images of bones, organs, and tissues.
• Prepare patients, explain procedures, and ensure proper positioning.
• Adjust technical parameters for accurate imaging.
• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot as needed.
• Document patient data and imaging details accurately.
• Follow safety standards and radiation protocols.
• Work with healthcare team to deliver timely diagnostic services.
• Adapt to different CT protocols and perform additional duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• At least one year of recent CT technologist experience.
• Valid Radiology license and current BLS certification.
• Preferred: ARRT certification.
• Critical thinking, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in reading instructions and PC use.
• Physical ability to move equipment and assist with procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure, maintain concentration, and communicate effectively.
