- Assessing, planning, and providing treatment for patients with physical and cognitive deficits to improve daily functioning.
- Designing restorative programs and instructing residents in adaptive equipment use.
- Developing and maintaining accurate Care Plans and performing resident assessments during admission and discharge.
- Participating in interdisciplinary team activities and providing staff training.
- Supervising therapists, assistants, and students as needed.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Therapy with required licensure.
- At least two years of clinical experience preferred.
- Effective communication, clinical judgment, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Meeting ASHA requirements for the role.
