Role Overview
The Licensed Professional Counselor provides evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders in a clinical setting under supervision. Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based psychotherapy such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy, as well as conducting assessments, risk management, and safety planning.
The position involves group facilitation, milieu management, and collaboration as part of an interdisciplinary team on an adult inpatient psychiatric unit. The role requires demonstrating effectiveness in individual, group, and family therapy across multi-modal treatment settings.

Qualifications & Skills
- Master's Degree in Counseling or related field
- Oregon Professional Counselor License upon hire
- Preferred: 1 year practicum in behavioral health and experience in substance use treatment
