- Assist participants with medication management and ensure proper recording in electronic MAR.
- Provide nursing care, including diabetic counseling and health assessments.
- Assess participants' health and emotional needs.
- Communicate effectively with nursing and program staff, reporting serious issues to supervisors.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Licensed Practical Nurse licensure.
- Valid Driver's License.
