Lead Phlebotomist (Float)

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Phlebotomist Float to join our team, covering locations in Winchester, Stoneham, Wilmington, and Medford, MA. In this role, you will oversee and perform blood collection procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety while maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities Include

• Leading and mentoring a team of phlebotomists to ensure high-quality specimen collection
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing patient concerns
• Ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
• Managing daily workflow and coordinating coverage across multiple sites
• Maintaining proper labeling, handling, and transportation of specimens
• Training new staff and conducting ongoing competency assessments
• Assisting with inventory management and equipment maintenance
