Role: Registered Nurse in an Intermediate Care unit

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based nursing care to acutely ill adult patients
  • Conduct patient assessments, cardiac and continuous monitoring
  • Administer medications and coordinate patient care
  • Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Support safe patient transitions and uphold quality and safety standards

Qualifications & Skills

  • Current Registered Nurse license
  • Strong clinical skills in acute care settings
  • Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
