Dental Assistant

Role Overview: A Dental Assistant responsible for providing dental exams, treatments, and X-rays to military service members, supporting their health and readiness.

Key Duties

• Perform dental procedures in mobile exam rooms and operatories.
• Capture digital X-rays (BW & PANO) and sterilize instruments.
• Assist chair-side and handle basic administrative tasks as needed.
• Deliver essential dental care to members of various military branches.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Active Dental Assistant certification (CDA, RDA, EDDA, EFDA) and Radiology certification in Alaska.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Proficiency in 4-handed dentistry and digital tools.
• Prior military experience is preferred.
• Eligibility for military base entry, including background, criminal, and drug checks.
  
  

Additional Information: The role offers flexible weekend hours, competitive hourly pay, mileage reimbursement, and full training. Flights, hotel, and rental cars are provided based on company parameters. The position involves working in mobile settings with a focus on supporting military personnel’s health and deployment readiness.
