Critical Care Registered Nurse

Role: Staff Nurse for Critical Care/Cardiac/CDU providing high-acuity, evidence-based nursing care.

Key Duties

• Monitor complex cardiac patients and interpret cardiac rhythms
• Manage medication drips and care for ventilated patients
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and changes in condition
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families to support understanding and safe care
• Use advanced health IT systems to document care and communicate updates
• Participate in quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives
  
  

Qualifications & Skills: Strong critical care and cardiac assessment skills, rhythm interpretation ability, competency in managing drips and ventilated patients, effective teamwork, patient/family education skills, and proficiency with health IT documentation.
