We are seeking patient-centered, collaborative Anesthesiologists to join our expanding teams across Indiana in both academic and community hospital settings.
Key Responsibilities Include
Community and healthcare system: Practice in vibrant cities like Indianapolis or Muncie, with access to top-ranked hospitals, cultural amenities, and outdoor recreation. Our facilities include large tertiary referral centers with extensive ICU and trauma services, fostering a collaborative environment dedicated to clinical excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Providing full-time clinical care with a mix of inpatient and outpatient duties
- Managing a diverse case load including general, ENT, GYN, neuro, thoracic, cardiovascular, obstetric, endoscopy, and bronchoscopy procedures
- Participating in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, with potential faculty appointment
- Engaging in research, quality projects, and faculty initiatives with flexible scheduling
- Assuming call responsibilities (site-dependent)
- Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team of anesthesiologists and anesthetists
- Visa sponsorship (H-1B) available
- Residency training in Anesthesiology
- Board eligibility or certification in Anesthesiology
- Eligibility for or holding an Indiana medical license
- Preferred subspecialty interests in obstetric, neuro, or cardiovascular anesthesia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Open to both experienced providers and new graduates
