I am seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Personal Care Attendant for a long-term position through the Missouri Consumer Directed Services (CDS) program. I value a minimalist, highly organized, and peaceful home environment. I am looking for a professional who is a self-starter and understands that clear, honest communication is the foundation of a good working relationship.
Schedule & Hours
- Total Weekly Hours: 17.5 hours.
- Daily Shift: 3.5 hours per day.
- Standard Shift: Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM (Times may be slightly negotiable).
- Flexibility: While I generally value my privacy on weekends to recharge, I am open to you working weekends in exchange for two weekdays off if that fits your schedule better.
Key Responsibilities
- Home Management & Organization: Maintaining a clutter-free, minimalist environment. This includes regular vacuuming, cleaning the linoleum bathroom floor, dusting, and general tidying.
- Meal Prep (The Friday Reset): Assisting with simple meal preparation (e.g., chicken and vegetables). Fridays are focused on prepping for the weekend to ensure the home is set up and meals are ready for my downtime.
- Prompt Communication: Must be responsive to text messages. I require a worker who confirms schedules and responds to updates promptly.
- Errands: Occasional local shopping or errands as needed.

Requirements
