Family:
- Child: Young boy
City of Residence: Eau Claire
Schedule:
- Up to four overnights a month
- 20/25 hours a week
- Schedule TBD between provider and parent
Pay:
- $16.80 hourly
- 246.75 overnights
Tasks:
- Personal cares
- Meal prep
- Toileting
- Keep a watchful eye on him
Kiddo enjoys:
- Physical activities like climbing, swinging, spinning
- Having fun by putting a spin on little games like pattycake
- Loves swimming/playing with water
- Being outside
- Cars
- Playing a keyboard
Preferred Qualifications:
- Patient & Thoughtful in Speech and communication
- Understanding of autism and non-verbal behaviors
Requirements*:
- Willing to undergo a caregiver background check prior to hire
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
*Must be able to successfully pass a background check before being hired. If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.
