Remote Debt Validation & Resolution Specialist

• Finance litigation or creditor/debtor legal support
• Bankruptcy support (petition preparers, bankruptcy paralegals, case administrators)

• Compliance roles (FDCPA, FCRA, CFPB, or related regulatory experience)
• Account or portfolio management in lending, collections, or receivables

• Paralegal or legal assistant work in consumer finance, creditor rights, or debtor defense
• Consumer protection / advocacy roles
• Financial advising or personal finance coaching
• Underwriting or credit analysis
• Insurance claims adjusting or negotiation
• Customer success / client advocacy in fintech or financial services
• Mediation or alternative dispute resolution
• Regulatory or complaints handling at banks, credit unions, or financial institutions
• Consultative sales of financial products (loans, credit, debt-related services)
• Consumer dispute resolution or ombudsman roles
