What You Will Do
Responsible for strategy, development and operations associated with new and existing channels. Identifies opportunities, evaluates commercial viability and leads negotiations with distribution channels. Establishes and manages operational processes, provides account management and supports third party channels. Develops and leads high caliber Regional Sales Support Manager team and assists with store openings as needed.
Essential Functions
- Identify, pursue, and close new distribution opportunities and partnerships, aligned with customer demographics.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage relationships with channel & distribution partners
- Collaborate with FP&A on distribution modeling, and manage P&L of each channel, monitoring sales progress and churn metrics to ensure goals are met
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including B2B customers, distribution channels, partners and internal leaders
- Develop, monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product and device performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform decision-making.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across sales, IT, customer care, marketing, and other teams to deliver a high-quality experience that meet customer needs and business goals.
- Oversee the training and education of channel partners on products, services, and sales techniques.
- Manage relationship and ensure performance of channels
- Work closely with other executives and stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that maximize the value, customer experience, and growth potential of the company's channel portfolio.
- Analyze market trends, conduct competitive analysis, identify growth opportunities, and make strategic recommendations to drive business success.

Oversee and directly manage Regional Sales Support Manager Team
- Ensure new store opening schedule is adhered to by RSSM Team
- Direct RSSM Team execution of existing retail store support initiatives
- Provide coaching and feedback to RSSM Team to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure travel expenses are aligned with the CCI travel policy
- Participate in new store opening setup when applicable
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a wireless MNO/MVNO company
- Leadership Skills
- Ability to drive strategic direction
- Decision-making skills
- Negotiation and relationship management
- B2C and B2B experience
- Work Environment: Office

Pay & Benefits Data (in accordance with the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act)
- Minimum Salary: $132,300
- Maximum Salary: $198,450
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
