Job Summary

The HRIS Supervisor owns the ADP HRIS ecosystem, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and optimal configuration and integration across all modules.

You will need to reside within 50 miles of our Corporate Headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ as this role has the option of hybrid or onsite.

What You Will Do

  • Lead ADP configuration, workflows, security roles, and system governance
  • Supervise, train, and mentor HRIS analysts and support staff; manage daily task distribution and performance evaluations
  • Troubleshoot system issues and support end users
  • Manage and set up integrations with ATS, benefits, Engagement and other vendors/platforms
  • Oversee system upgrades, testing, and new module implementations
  • Partner with HR Ops, Payroll, and IT to optimize processes
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to maximize system utilization
  • Ensure data accuracy through audits and governance practices
  • Partner with HR Ops, Payroll, and IT to optimize processes
  • Monitor system performance and address technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions
  • Build advanced reports and dashboards as needed
  • Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards in all system operations
  • Assist with data auditing and cleanup in HRIS system
  • Document processes and system configuration


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, HR Analytics, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years of Team Leadership experience
  • Strong HRIS configuration experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive HRIS configuration and integration development experience
  • Experience in business optimization – identifying complex problems, evaluating options, analyzing, streamlining and improving business processes to enhance efficiency with strong critical thinking skills
  • Advanced computer proficiency in Microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint, etc.)
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
  • Process thinking
  • Able to operate independently and with discretion, work effectively under pressure, and maintain confidentiality
  • Orientation towards teamwork and customer service
  • Ability to successfully balance competing priorities and effectively manage workload
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of internal and external colleagues, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Ability to relate and communicate with all levels of employees through excellent listening and communication skills that engender trust and support

Pay & Benefits Data (in accordance with the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act)

Minimum Salary: $88,200

Maximum Salary: $132,300

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
