Job Summary

Maximum Salary: $68,250

What You Will Do
Operational Communications
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies for Contact Center employees across multiple teams and locations
- Create and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational communications (updates, announcements, reminders, performance highlights)
- Ensure communications are clear, concise, and aligned with operational priorities and company goals
- Support leadership communications including organizational updates, change management messaging, and key initiatives
- Maintain communication cadence and calendar for Operations employees
- Create and distribute operational reports for Contact Center leadership and frontline employees
- Track and report on key metrics such as staffing, performance, hiring updates, engagement initiatives, and operational priorities
- Build dashboards and summaries to translate data into clear, actionable communication
- Partner with Workforce Management, Operations, and HR to gather and validate data
- Identify trends and opportunities and incorporate insights into communications
- Assist in creating and implementing communication plans tailored to various Contact Center employee groups
- Ensure messaging is consistent, timely, and aligned with company objectives
- Support change management communications for operational initiatives
- Produce engaging written communications, presentations, newsletters, and multimedia content
- Develop leader talking points, team updates, and employee announcements
- Create visually engaging communication materials for internal distribution
- Facilitate cross-functional communication across Operations, Training, HR, and Workforce Management
- Promote knowledge sharing across Contact Center teams
- Proactively partner with stakeholders to ensure appropriate communication delivery to employee segments
- Implement metrics to measure communication effectiveness and employee engagement
- Analyze feedback, open rates, and operational results to refine communication strategies
- Continuously improve reporting formats and communication approaches
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, Business, or related experience preferred
- 3 years experience in internal communications, employee engagement, operations communications, or related role
- Experience supporting Contact Center or Customer Care operations preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience creating operational reports and translating data into meaningful communication
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and communication tools preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align communication and reporting with business goals
- Telecom or customer care experience a plus
