Position overview: The Industry Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in supporting membership operations, sponsorship execution, and event delivery for the Consumer Brands Association. This individual will work closely with the Industry Engagement team to ensure seamless coordination of invoicing, membership data, and event logistics, while also providing administrative support to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Membership, Sponsorship & Financial Support
- Manage updates to the AMS as member company participation in committees, working groups, and task forces changes
- Assist the Senior Manager and sponsorship departments with annual dues and event-specific invoicing processes, including creating and sending invoices and tracking payments for dues, Legal Forum, and Summit sponsorships
- Support internal teams by ensuring committee rosters and participation data remain current and reliable
- Submit and code department invoices for payment using the organization’s online BillPay tool
Event Cycle & Additional Support
- Support the Membership team in the creation of sponsorship fulfillment reports
- Support the speaker onboarding process beginning approximately 8–12 weeks prior to major events, including assisting the content team in collecting headshots, biographies, and speaker preparation materials
- Provide high-volume administrative support during peak registration periods, including assisting with event inboxes, registration tracking, and general inquiries
- Support the preparation and final production of onsite materials, including proofing participant lists, name badges, and assembling briefing folders for executive leadership
Administrative & Team Support
- Help organize internal workflows, track deadlines, and maintain shared team resources
- Provide general administrative support to the EVP, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of related materials
- Support preparation of presentations, briefing materials, and meeting documents
Required experience and skills:
- 2–4 years of experience in administrative, operations, membership, or event coordination roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and support multiple stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred experience and skills:
- Experience with invoicing, payment tracking, or financial coordination
- Experience with CRM/AMS platforms and maintaining accurate data records
- Experience supporting events, registrations, or high-volume coordination (e.g., registration, inbox management, speaker coordination)
- Experience supporting senior leadership/executive level calendars or logistics
