ConsultUSA is seeking a Project Coordinator for a client in the Pittsburgh, PA area for a 6 month contract that is hybrid (2x a week in the office):
Responsibilities
- Support project planning and execution by tracking project progress and maintaining project documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
- Work closely with team members to ensure all project tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Help identify project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Maintain project management tools and systems to ensure accurate reporting and tracking of project status.
Required:
- 2 years of experience in a project coordination or an administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Associate’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of project management software and tools.
- Ability to quickly learn new software and technologies as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Salary : $30 - $40
