Title: Workday Payroll Lead / Consultant – US Benefits
Location: Remote
We are seeking a Workday US Payroll Lead and supporting Consultant to guide payroll and benefits activities within Phase 2 of a Workday deployment. This engagement focuses on US payroll configuration, benefits inputs that affect payroll, and coordination with integrations.
Responsibilities-
Provide Workday US Payroll configuration and advisory support

Partner with internal teams to interpret US payroll benefits requirements

Review payroll designs and ensure they support accurate calculations and compliance

Support payroll testing cycles, retro scenarios, off-cycle processing, and validations

Partner with integration resources on payroll-impacting interfaces

Assist with data preparation and data validation activities

Workday US Payroll configuration experience required (Lead 5 years)

Familiarity with payroll benefits tie-ins (ACA, tax, withholdings, etc.)

Strong experience partnering with functional and technical teams

US Payroll Certification required
