Join a team of risk professionals partnering with the Technology division of a major global financial services organization to strengthen risk culture, drive innovation, and deliver meaningful impact. This role supports technology risk management in line with the firm's Operational Risk Management Framework, while contributing to broader regional initiatives.
This is a chance to work in a fast-paced environment, engage directly with senior stakeholders, and support the digital transformation of a core business line within a well-established global financial group.
What You'll Do
- Partner with technology teams and senior stakeholders to identify, assess, and manage technology risk
- Provide proactive advice and challenge on control effectiveness and emerging risks
- Lead risk incident analysis and drive remediation efforts
- Help embed a strong risk culture through training, assurance activities, and continuous improvement
- Use tools like Power BI and AI capabilities to enhance risk insights, automate control testing, and support strategic change
What You Bring
- Experience in technology risk, cyber risk, audit, or assurance — ideally within financial services or professional services
- Strong understanding of operational risk frameworks, controls, and governance practices
- Experience or interest in data analytics, automation, cloud technologies, or AI tools (e.g., Power BI, coding/scripting)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
- A proactive, adaptable mindset suited to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
