The Technical Support Engineer will also analyze and resolve software application issues and work
closely with the Support Manager to ensure correct resolution. Candidates must be energetic possess a strong motivation to learn new technologies and provide remarkable customer service. High level of communication and follow through skills are two key strengths for this role. Traveling up to 25% is a requirement for this position.
Requirements Background:
● Solid 4-5 years minimum overall in a business IT support role
● 1 or more technical certifications (MCP, MCSE, A )
● Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or technical school
Technical Experience:
● Microsoft Windows 10/11 Desktop OS administration and troubleshooting
● Printer configuration and troubleshooting
● Network print management administration
● Office 365 Business and Enterprise Edition support (including Outlook and SharePoint)
● Desktop Hardware Configuration and Management
● VPN configuration and support
● Video, Web and voice conferencing
● Microsoft Dynamics (SL / GP) a plus but not a requirement
● Mobile Device Management – (Intune MDM experience a plus)
● Active Directory Administration and User Management (both local and M365)
● Background in enterprise software support and training a plus
● SMART board administration and troubleshooting a plus
● Experience working with helpdesk ticketing systems (ZenDesk a plus)
