Essential Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex business applications, aligning with technical vision and business goals.
• Architect scalable solutions and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring technical feasibility and business alignment.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve complex issues.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high code quality and scalability.
• Drive technical discussions and initiatives, influencing decisions and setting technical direction.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, supporting their growth and development.
• Act as a technical leader in cross-functional teams, guiding strategies and resolving conflicts.
• Provide efficient technical support to external clients.
• Define technical strategy and roadmap, staying updated on industry trends to enhance processes.
• Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and actively participate in team meetings with accurate status updates.
• Participate actively in team meetings.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Expertise in architectural and database design with a comprehensive understanding of the product life cycle, ensuring standards from design to implementation.
• Proven success in delivering high-quality software on time and within budget, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, focusing on team guidance and inspiration.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement skills, with a commitment to innovation.
• Proactive project ownership and initiative, along with effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid business operations and financial acumen.
• Customer-focused with strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient in various communication channels (in-person, video, phone, email, chat).

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years in software development with a focus on scalable web applications.
• Proficient in object-oriented languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#) and expert in PHP, SQL, and React.
• Experienced in designing and optimizing relational databases and data modeling.
• Preferred experience as a team lead, with management training and advanced certifications.
• Strong in strategic design, systems development, and technical writing.
• Expertise in source control (e.g., GitLab, GitHub) and agile methodologies.
