Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the evolution of enterprise information discovery platforms in an AI-enabled environment. This role focuses on applying modern and emerging technologies to transform how users navigate, search, and interact with large, complex data ecosystems—enabling faster, higher-quality decision making.

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of enterprise information discovery products, including enterprise search and comprehensive person and organization insights. This role plays a key part in shaping AI-driven product evolution and guiding products and features through the full product development lifecycle.

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for information discovery platforms.

• Identify and prioritize AI-enabled capabilities that enhance search, data discovery, and overall user experience.

• Manage and refine product backlogs, ensuring alignment with user needs, business objectives, and stakeholder expectations.

• Translate user needs and strategic goals into clear product requirements, epics, and features.

• Partner closely with engineering, data, UX, and cross-functional teams throughout planning, development, and delivery.

• Make informed product decisions by balancing value, risk, effort, and dependencies.

• Evaluate product performance and user outcomes to inform roadmap adjustments and continuous improvement.

• Communicate product priorities, trade-offs, and progress effectively to stakeholders.

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager working on complex, enterprise, or data-driven products.

• Strong understanding of enterprise search, information discovery, or data platforms.

• Experience contributing to AI-enabled product initiatives is strongly preferred.

• Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
