Senior Data Engineer – Snowflake Migration & Cloud Data Platform

Description
Senior-level engineer providing architecture, hands-on development, and technical leadership across enterprise applications, data, cloud, and AI initiatives. This role leads Snowflake migration efforts and drives modernization of the broader data platform ecosystem.
Essential Functions
- Lead Snowflake migration: data migration, services migration, fast-access database migration, and enterprise service integrations
- Build reusable solutions that improve data access, application scalability, security, governance, and long-term maintainability
- Design and support solutions using Java, Python, Node, React, AI frameworks, Cloudera Data Platform, DB2, and Fast Access Databases
- Lead centralized data classification, GW Chat integration, agentic application development, member longitudinal summary work, vulnerability remediation automation, and legacy modernization efforts
- Provide deep technical guidance on the Cloudera Data Platform ecosystem — supporting current workloads, modernization planning, and migration readiness
