Production Manager

Job Summary
The Production Operations Manager leads day-to-day print and production activities across multiple shifts, ensuring high productivity, quality output, and consistent delivery on client commitments. This role manages Operations Supervisors, improves workflows, and drives operational performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee print/production operations across shifts, ensuring productivity, quality, and SLA adherence.

• Develop and maintain KPIs, capacity plans, and workflow improvements to enhance efficiency.

• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and staff while managing departmental expenses.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience in fast-paced production, print, or manufacturing environments.

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills with proven KPI and process improvement success.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting).
