$72 to $80 per hour contract with a conversion salary of $140K to $160K annually bonus

Summary
We're looking for an IT Product Manager with a focus on Corporate Functions who can bridge business priorities with technology delivery across key corporate areas such as HR, Finance, and Legal. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels at managing product roadmaps, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and driving solutions from concept through implementation. The right candidate is data-oriented, user-focused, and experienced in agile practices—someone who can translate business needs into impactful digital products that streamline operations and improve organizational performance.

Responsibilities

• Align product strategy with business goals, identifying opportunities for process improvements and new technology capabilities.
• Build strong partnerships with HR, Finance, Legal, and other corporate teams to gather requirements and support long-term planning.
• Lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation and prioritization to launch, iteration, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage timelines to ensure successful delivery of product milestones.
• Apply agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative development.
• Monitor industry and technology trends to recommend enhancements that maximize usability and business value.
• Maintain clear, accurate product documentation for internal teams and end users.
• Partner with both internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Track and optimize product KPIs, such as adoption, satisfaction, value delivery, ROI, time-to-market, and product alignment with business strategy.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
• 4 years of experience in product management or technology management roles.
• Strong experience with product lifecycle management and market/competitive analysis.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with agile processes and tools.

• Experience supporting corporate functions ( HR, Finance, Legal).
• Background in user-centered design or process optimization.
• Familiarity with vendor and supplier management.
• Knowledge of KPI frameworks and value measurement.
