Job Descriptions:

We are seeking a Digital Product Analyst to support digital product teams by analyzing business and system requirements, validating functionality, supporting Agile delivery efforts, and helping optimize product performance and user experience. This individual will work closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, business stakeholders, and technology teams to support the full product lifecycle, including documentation, testing, sprint support, issue analysis, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience working in Agile environments, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.

• 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Application Support, Product Analysis, or related technical/business roles
• Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into features or user stories
• Experience supporting Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe delivery teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify system or product issues
• Experience performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and validation activities
• Ability to create and maintain process documentation, workflows, and user guides
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• SAFe Practitioner (SP) certification
• Banking or financial services industry experience
• Experience supporting digital products, applications, or enterprise platforms
• Familiarity with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) or performance metrics analysis
• Experience supporting sprint management and Agile ceremonies
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management and software delivery processes
• Experience with defect remediation, enhancement prioritization, and workflow optimization
