Business Analyst
100% remote- Must be able to work PST hours
5 year contract
$50-$53 an hour

Looking for a Business Analyst to analyze business requirements, gather and document stakeholder needs, and translate them into functional specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery, track progress, and ensure alignment with business goals. Perform data analysis, create reports and dashboards, and identify process improvement opportunities. Participate in meetings, manage documentation, and assist with testing, validation, and user acceptance.

Required Skills:

• Must have minimum of 5 years recent experience applying analytical processes on IT projects
• Must have minimum of 3 years of recent experience in business systems analysis and design
• Must have minimum of 3 years of recent experience soliciting and documenting business and technical requirements for projects of a similar scope and technical complexity.
• Must have a bachelor's degree
  

• Recent experience applying analytical processes working on large IT project for law enforcement projects
• Business analysis experience for PAL Stages 2, 3, and 4 for a State of California project that led to CDT
• Current PMI International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) certification.
