We're seeking an experienced Associate Principal Content Manager to develop engaging, high-impact learning content that supports continuing education programs for financial services professionals. This role combines instructional design, regulatory research, content strategy, and stakeholder collaboration to create modern eLearning experiences that help professionals stay current with evolving industry regulations and best practices.

What You'll Do- Design, write, and maintain engaging eLearning content for professional continuing education and regulatory training programs.
- Develop learning objectives, course outlines, instructional content, knowledge checks, assessments, and real-world scenarios that promote learner engagement and retention.
- Translate complex regulatory and compliance concepts into clear, practical educational materials for industry professionals.
- Lead content development initiatives from planning through publication, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Partner with subject matter experts, compliance professionals, legal teams, and industry stakeholders to validate technical accuracy and instructional effectiveness.
- Facilitate content review committees by organizing agendas, coordinating participants, leading discussions, and incorporating stakeholder feedback into final deliverables.
- Monitor regulatory developments, rule changes, emerging financial products, and industry trends to ensure training materials remain accurate and current.
- Recommend new learning topics and enhancements based on evolving regulatory requirements and market changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and vendors to support ongoing education initiatives and strategic projects.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in content quality, learner experience, and program effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 years of experience within the securities, financial services, compliance, regulatory, or broker-dealer industry.
- Experience developing instructional, technical, or regulatory training content.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret regulatory guidance and industry changes.
- Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business productivity tools.
- Experience in instructional design, adult learning, or eLearning development.
- Background in securities regulation, compliance, licensing, or continuing education programs.

- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning authoring tools.
