Job Description:

Our global enterprise client is looking for a Transformation IT leader to move their SaaS organization into a fully AI-native, automation-driven operating company. They are seeking a strategic and execution-minded leader to lead the modernization and AI-driven transformation of their internal technology, data, security, and systems to support business operations. This role will focus on the internal employee experience, systems, tools, process automation, and operational intelligence to ensure their internal operations match the speed, innovation, and automation vision of their platform. They are also a Cloud-first company with minimal on-prem infrastructure, a strong foundation in automated operating environments, and strong Zero-trust security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the modernization, integration, and simplification of internal tech systems and tools, ensuring measurable outcomes and alignment with company missions
• Champion AI-first workflows, employee enablement, and automation across all departments
• Build the enterprise data foundation, dashboards, and AI decision-intelligence capabilities.
• Drive self-service, low-friction digital employee experience across identity, access, collaboration, and support
• Partner with HR, Finance, Ops, and GTM to re-engineer business processes using AI
• Strengthen cybersecurity and compliance posture aligned with enterprise-grade standards
• Set and communicate a compelling technology vision that supports business growth, innovation, and risk management.
• Oversee IT strategy, governance, security, compliance, and emerging technology evaluation.
• Lead change management initiatives and support cultural adoption of new tools and processes.

Required Skills:

• 10 years in IT engineering, with 5 years in senior leadership roles (VP or CIO)
• Proven experience as an AI focused transformational IT leader
• Strong business acumen and experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in AI-first workflows, employee enablement, and automation across all departments
• Demonstrated success in driving digital innovation, process automation, and operational excellence.
• Visionary leadership and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Expert in leading change management initiatives and support cultural adoption of new tools and processes, specifically in the AI space

BonSoft Skills:

• Local to Utah, or is willing to re-locate to Utah
• Experience working within a SaaS or PaaS organization
• Experience owning a cloud-first on prem infrastructure
• Effective communicator and cultural change agent who earns trust across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (AI Experience preferred)
