What You'll Be Responsible For
- Set the vision for data architecture and operations, including ingestion, transformation, governance, BI reliability, and long-term platform evolution.
- Own critical data infrastructure such as CDC pipelines and core ingestion systems, ensuring performance, resilience, and cost efficiency as usage scales.
- Build and lead a multidisciplinary data organization, partner closely with Risk and Engineering, and establish standards that ensure trusted, production-ready data.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience across data engineering and analytics platforms, including multiple years leading teams and scaling modern cloud data stacks.
- Hands-on expertise with Snowflake, DBT, CDC technologies, SQL-based sources, cloud storage ingestion, and enterprise BI environments.
- A track record of designing governed data platforms that support ML, AI, and risk-focused workflows, paired with strong cross-functional communication skills.
