Job Description:

• We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. This role will support the ongoing enhancement, maintenance, and optimization of our CRM ecosystem, ensuring our go-to-market teams have the tools, insights, and processes needed to operate effectively. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about building scalable systems that improve the customer and employee experience.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, overseeing configuration, user management, security, and data integrity.
• Maintain and optimize HubSpot for marketing and sales teams, ensuring seamless lifecycle workflows, lead routing, and data syncs.
• Troubleshoot system issues and support end-users with training, documentation, and process improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps) to refine business processes and translate them into scalable system solutions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and automated workflows.
• Support releases, testing, and deployment of new Salesforce features and integrations.
• Manage data governance, including imports/exports, deduplication, segmentation, and enrichment.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify system gaps and recommend improvements or new technologies.

Required Skills:

• 2-4 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
• Experience managing and optimizing HubSpot (Marketing Hub and/or Sales Hub).
• Strong understanding of CRM best practices, lead management, and sales/marketing operations.
• Proficiency with Salesforce configuration tools (Flow Builder, Process Builder, custom objects, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets, etc.).
• Experience with data analysis and reporting using Salesforce Reports & Dashboards.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) strongly preferred

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce for contact center and support workflows.
• Familiarity with Einstein features including predictive scoring, analytics, and automated insights.
• Experience with Slack
• Experience with third-party integrations, APIs, or middleware
• Prior exposure to RevOps or GTM tech stacks (Sales engagement tools, intent data, attribution platforms, etc.).
