Summary
Seeking a hands-on security leader with deep experience in AI/ML security and cloud architecture. This role ensures AI solutions are built securely, aligning innovation with enterprise governance and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead security architecture for AI and ML initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate AI-specific risks across design and deployment.
• Develop security patterns, reference architectures, and best practices.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to embed secure-by-design principles.
• Translate emerging AI risks into actionable controls and roadmaps.
• Mentor teams on AI security and influence technical direction.

Requirements

• Expert in AI/ML and cloud security architecture.
• Strong background in API and identity security, data protection, and governance.
• Solid grasp of AI security frameworks, regulations, and assurance standards.
• 7 years in IT with at least 3 years in security architecture.
• Skilled communicator with the ability to influence and guide teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC highly preferred.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with MCP, policy-as-code, and enterprise DLP/classification tools.
• Knowledge of AI threat modeling and lifecycle security reviews.
• Advanced certifications (GDSA, CCSP, SABSA) or AI-focused credentials .
