Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Value Creation
- Identify high-impact opportunities to apply AI across growth, pricing, customer analytics, and operations
- Develop pragmatic, business-aligned roadmaps based on each company’s data and capabilities
- Support the rollout of AI solutions, including automation and advanced analytics
- Track progress and ensure initiatives translate into measurable financial outcomes
Deal Team Support
- Assess AI maturity, data infrastructure, and competitive positioning during diligence
- Identify risks and value creation opportunities linked to AI adoption
- Support investment cases through clear articulation of AI-driven upside
AI Enablement
- Partner with leadership teams to build understanding and adoption of AI
- Lead practical working sessions focused on real use cases and execution
- Develop repeatable playbooks, tools, and external partnerships to scale impact across the portfolio
- Share insights and best practices across companies
Candidate Profile
- 8 years’ experience across AI, data, analytics, or related fields
- Background in Private Equity or Consulting (industries Consumer, Healthcare or Software)
- Proven experience applying AI in a commercial setting, including building or deploying solutions
- Strong commercial judgment, with the ability to link AI initiatives to P&L impact
- Clear communicator, comfortable engaging with both technical teams and senior stakeholders
- Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset
