Training Program
New hires complete a from-the-ground-up training program designed for individuals with no industry background. Training spans one week and covers all foundational skills required to succeed in logistics sales, including:
Freight brokerage fundamentals
Sales process and customer acquisition
Cold outreach and pipeline development
Systems, tools, and daily workflows
No prior logistics experience is required.
