Employer: ClearStep Human Resources (supporting a multi-business owner)

Location: Hybrid/On-site as needed

Schedule: Part-Time | 20–30 hours per week

Pay: $15/hour

Annual Range: $15,600 – $23,400



About the Role


We are seeking a highly organized and creative Part-Time Personal Administrative Assistant to support the operations of multiple businesses, including MyJoy Learning Centers, Wolf Den Grill, My Joy Luxury Events, and the owner’s personal schedule. This role blends administrative support, scheduling, social media management, and event coordination.



⭐ What You’ll Do


Administrative & Scheduling

• Manage calendars for MyJoy Learning Centers, Wolf Den Grill, My Joy Luxury Events, and the owner

• Coordinate appointments, meetings, tours, and reminders

• Conduct morning and evening check-ins with the owner to review daily priorities


Social Media & Marketing

• Create and post weekly reels, ads, and social media content

• Maintain brand consistency and monitor engagement


Event Coordination – My Joy Luxury Events

• Manage event bookings, client tours, and contracts

• Prepare and distribute client packets

• Communicate with caterers and vendors to ensure insurance and protocol compliance


Operational Support

• Utilize client management systems (CMS/CRM) to track communication and bookings

• Assist with email management, document preparation, and general administrative tasks

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operations



⭐ Requirements

• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience creating social media content (reels, ads, posts)

• Familiarity with client management systems (CMS/CRM)

• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

• Professional, positive, and solution-focused

• Must have reliable transportation

• Must be able to work with diverse personalities and maintain professionalism

• Must be able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods

• Must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously



⭐ Special Conditions of Employment

• An NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is required due to access to sensitive business and personal information

• Candidates must not have personal or family relationships with current employees of:

• MyJoy Learning Centers

• Wolf Den Grill

• My Joy Luxury Events
