JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE:  RECALL  SPECIALIST - FULLY REMOTE

IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR:  APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING SUPERVISOR

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Cooperative work attitude toward co-employees, management, patients, visitors, and physicians
2. Ability to make decisions and solve problems

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of scanning equipment and computers.
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines.
• Ability to work in a very fast paced environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and effective communication skills
• Positive attitude with team-centered approach
• Interdepartmental Collaboration
• Interact and communicate with different practices

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Check Accuracy of Recall Report
• Call patients and schedule procedures or an office visit and mail or email paperwork
• Document accordingly all appointments scheduled and any pre-certifications required
• Ensure demographic information is current with each interaction to maintain the most up-to-date patient information
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Requirements of the Remote Position:

• Able to commit to 2 weeks of initial in- office training (West Columbia office)
• Have a quiet, dedicated workspace
• Able to prioritize work with limited interruptions
