Computational Biologist
We are looking for a Computational Biologist / Senior Data Scientist to join a biotech team working on large-scale biological data analysis.
Key focus
- Processing and analysis of NGS datasets (RNA-seq, DNA-seq, single-cell where applicable)
- Building and maintaining bioinformatics/data processing pipelines
- Supporting interpretation of complex biological datasets to inform R&D decision-making
- Working closely with scientific and translational teams
Required experience
- PhD and/or strong background in computational biology or data science within biotech/pharma
- Hands-on experience with NGS data processing and analysis
- Strong programming skills (Python and/orR)
- Experience working with large-scale biological datasets
- Solid understanding of molecular biology or translational science)
Details
- On-site: 3 days per week required
Salary : $140,000 - $180,000
