In Your Role:
As an S&R Project Manager, you will:
• Build long term relationships with clients in your territory(s).
• Oversee small-medium sized repairs, restorations, remodels.
• Manage the entire project end to end: Lead management, client meeting, solution presentation, estimating, scheduling workflow, and overseeing invoicing.
• Solve problems associated with unique construction issues. Some Highlights About the Job:

Minimum Qualifications:
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions.
Keen ability to work accurately, efficiently, and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools.
• Committed adherence and enforcement of the company’s core values and core purpose.
• Basic computer skills. • Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language.
• Either a General Contracting License or 5 years of construction management experience

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the person is frequently required to move about at customers’ homes inside tight crawlspaces and ascend/descend ladders lifting one’s own bodyweight through narrow entrances into attics. Must be able to identify and inspect equipment, parts, and colored wiring to safely test, repair, and install electrical connections with precise hand-eye motor skills.
Mental Demands: Must be able to perceive and distinguish emotions, as well as deal with adversarial confrontations. Requires an ability to concentrate and prioritize multiple tasks at once. Conscious attention to detail is required to safely perform tasks.
Work Environment: Frequently requires exposure to outdoor weather conditions and other hazards such as electrical shock, sharp objects, poisonous animals, etc. 1. Valid local driver’s license with acceptable driving & criminal background record. 2. Reliable and punctual attendance. 3. Commitment to company values.
Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
