Role Description
This is a full-time on-site/travel role for a Tower Technician. Muster point is located in Middleboro, MA. The Tower Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing telecommunication equipment, as well as performing installations and upgrades on wireless networks. Regular use of hand tools and adherence to safety protocols is required. Effective communication with team members and clients is also essential.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Hand Tools for installation and maintenance tasks
- Strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving issues
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair of telecommunication equipment
- Effective Communication skills for team collaboration and client interactions
- Knowledge of Wireless Networking systems and technologies
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Relevant certifications such as OSHA, CPR, and First Aid are a plus
- Previous experience in the telecommunication or construction industry is beneficial
