EverFence is a leading residential and commercial fence installation company working in multiple markets. We’re growing fast in XXX and looking for an enterprising, well-organized self-starter to join our proven sales team as an Outside Sales Representative. 

 

In this role, you’ll receive some pre-qualified leads from EverFence, but the real key to success is your ability to generate your own opportunities in the field. The best reps here know that creating your own pipeline makes up about 75% of the job. That means getting out in the community, building connections with home service contractors, HOAs, and property managers, and canvassing neighborhoods to find homeowners who need new or replacement fencing. 

 

You’ll work closely with a Branch Manager and a supportive team. Your job is to meet with residential and commercial customers, prepare clear estimates, explain how our solutions add value to their properties, and close the deal. The goal is always to turn one-time jobs into long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals. 

 

We reward your hustle with one of the best commission structures in the industry. You earn 10% of sold jobs, which is three to four percent higher than what you’ll find at most fence companies.


What you’ll do 

• Proactively find new fence project opportunities and keep your pipeline full 

• Build trust and strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, real estate professionals, and other local partners 

• Meet with qualified leads, prepare quotes, and close sales 

• Keep up with local market trends so you know where to find the next job 

• Deliver a great customer experience before, during, and after the sale 

• Stay up to speed on our products so you can recommend the right solution every time 

• Take care of key accounts and grow long-term partnerships 

 

What we’re looking for 

• Experience in in-home sales, canvassing, or residential fence sales is a huge plus 

• Self-motivated, outgoing, and comfortable talking with people face to face 

• Confident negotiator who knows how to close deals 

• Strong relationship-builder who follows through and follows up 

• Great customer service mindset 

• Experience in fencing or construction helps but is not required — we can train the right person 

 

Pay and benefits 

• Uncapped commission at 10% of every sold job; you’re paid when we receive payment 

• Typical earnings range from $80,000 to $200,000 per year depending on effort and results 

• Bonus opportunities

• Flexible schedule and some work-from-home flexibility for planning and admin work 

 

Schedule 

• Monday through Friday with some weekends as needed 

• This is an on-the-road role covering the greater XXX area
