Position: The Senior Integration Analyst is responsible for leading the
design, development, and optimization of complex system integrations
that enable seamless data flow across the organization\'s applications
and partners. This role acts as a subject matter expert (SME) on
integration architecture, data exchange standards, and best practices.
This individual partners with business units, application teams, and
vendors to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable integration solutions.
They also provide technical leadership, mentor junior analysts, and play
a key role in shaping integration strategies to support business growth
and operational efficiency. Serve as the lead analyst and subject matter
expert for enterprise integration initiatives and middleware platforms.
Design, develop, and maintain complex integrations connecting ERP, CRM,
and third-party systems, as well as data integrations for data warehouse
and business intelligence initiatives (ETL, etc.). Collaborate with
business stakeholders and IT leadership to define integration
requirements, architecture, and data flow strategies. Perform advanced
troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of integration or
