We partner with schools, educators, and industry to build a strong, sustainable talent pipeline.
We are seeking a Director of Program Support – Florida to establish and support Construction Ready programs across Florida school systems, with a primary focus on South Florida. This is a hands-on, field-based, director-level role for a leader who is equally comfortable working directly in schools as they are managing relationships, coordinating partners, and ensuring high-quality program delivery.
Responsibilities- Establish and support Construction Ready programs across Florida schools
- Build and maintain strong relationships with teachers, administrators, and industry partners
- Serve as a primary regional point of contact for program execution and support
- Support educators with curriculum implementation, credentials, and program requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to align program delivery, events, and outcomes
- Attend and support Career Expos, skills competitions, and industry events
- Travel regularly throughout Florida to support schools and programs
- Track participation, outcomes, and required reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and program effectiveness
- Hands-on construction experience (required)
- Teaching or instructional experience (preferred)
- Experience working with schools, education programs, workforce initiatives, or youth-serving organizations
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholders across a geographic region
- Highly organized, responsive, and accountable
- Comfortable using digital platforms for training, coordination, and reporting
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Regular statewide travel required (South Florida focus)
- Reliable transportation required (mileage reimbursed)
- Ability to lift and move materials (approximately 30–40 lbs)
- Comfortable working in schools, gyms, event spaces, and hands-on environments
- Willingness to work early mornings, long days, and occasional weekends for events
